Depends whether you are Virgin FIOS or twisted pair via BT lines. Where cable is not available, VM runs over BT lines.
If you are already fibre optic then no, depends how much you bung Virgin in your package.
If your internet is via BT, then fiber is only to box, not door.
VM are doubling the speeds in the UK at the moment.
So, what package do you have at the moment?
