Recommended: Clean Your Mac the Easy Way with CleanMyMac 3

If you want to clean up your Mac the easy way, CleanMyMac is a great tool to get the job done easily, and it will even keep your computer clean automatically.

Unlike the competition, it also includes great tools like a Clean Uninstaller, to get rid of applications and clean up the junk that they leave behind. All with the click of a button.

I downloaded and installed Belvedere 0.4 from the Lifehacker site. It seemingly installed, but when I try to open the program, I get a message that says, "Unable to close previous instance of the program" and asks if I want to wait. This is mysterious, since no previous instance is visible to me. I uninstalled, reinstalled, redownloaded. Same results.

Any ideas?

sbtablet, Hi and welcome to HTG. Could you please give me more inforatiom as to your program you are wanting to install, such the exact name, model, etc. And if you are running on 64 or 32 bit platform. All information would resolve compatibility issues, if any, in Win7 with this application. Best wishes...Garry
