I use tabs at the top of the site. With IE9, every time I go to another site a new IE9 window appears (with only that tab showing at the top). 1. How can all the tabs be shown simultaneously? 2. How can I retain the tabs so when later I start a new session, the same tabs appear?

Respectfully,

I am using WIN 7. The previous post told me how to fix item 1. I still need to fix item 2.

Item 2. Open IE9 - Click tools/reopen last browsing session.
