Backup to extra HD

I can't seem to backup to an extra HD i have in a dock it wont show the drive in my computer only on another computer I have both win 7 but the one that won't is 64 bit

go to your disk management and check if the the drive is visible

another check is to see if the connector is working properly. test it out with another external drive and see if it appear.
If it the 2nd drive works, then try to reassign a new path letter under disk management for your disk #1

And choose a high drive letter, like R.

You may have to find a driver for the dock. If it is an old one you may not find one.
