I use Win 7 Home Premium OS. Can someone suggest an app -- preferably free / open source -- that will allow me to backup specific files (not every file) within a folder? Here's the scenario:

Say I have 300 files in 'My Documents'. I would like to sync only 20 of them to my Android tablet for travel use. I don't believe cloud services like Dropbox or Sugar Sync allow that -- they sync everything within a folder. So perhaps there is software that will allow me to sync (or backup) the 20 selected files first to a separate folder on my desktop -- then sync that folder to one of the cloud services?

Finally, I should mention that I prefer keeping all 300 working files in 'My Documents' and not separate them out just for synching purpose.
