(Solved) - Avast! Ad Blocker for Google Chrome

Hi everyone! I am new here and so far am liking it. I decided to ask this question for help since answer sites like Yahoo! Answers are no help. I had Avast! Ad Blocker on Google Chrome. I had to uninstall once because, I do online school and can't get to my lessons and decided to use Firefox for school and Chrome for my personal use. I try to re-install the Ad Blocker and have it back but it doesn't. I have restarted my browser and it didn't come back. I even restarted my computer. What should I do? Should I bother to try to uninstall Google Chrome and re install? I have Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit, Thanks to all responses.

Like LH, I would not consider Yahoo Answers an authoritative resource. ;)
