I ran the above application and found several items under scheduled tasks that were highlighted in yellow and said "File not found" and yet they were checked, does that mean they are slowing down the computer and can they be deleted? Example: File not found d:\ProgramFiles\WindowsDefender\MpCmdRun.exe, and File Not found C:\ProgramFiles(x86)ComcastpcBrowser.exe and highlighted in Pink,C:\Windows\System32\gathemetworkinfo.vbs. Thanks

UN-Check them and reboot.

Normally the Unfound Items aren't being used or in a different path so they don't need to be started.

Anything that says [ File Not Found ] I always UN-Check.

Never had a problem with my method.

Does not mean the file is not in the system some where, just means the file path or method of starting in incorrect.
