Autorun on Vista gone?

I've installed this, uninstalled it after figuring it just was not good, and noticed by Autorun menu was gone for everything; CDs, DVDs, USB drives, everything. Not only that, when right clicking any drive with an autorun file, there is no autorun item.

In Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > AutoPlay the checkbox at the top is ticked.

This is somewhat inconvenient as I have to open Computer every time I plug in my USB drive, and have to manually open setup.exe or whatever for CDs. Any help?
