Go to the "Control Panel".
Click on "Appearance and Personalization".
Click on "Change Screen Saver".
Click "On resume, display logon screen".

Not sure if its the same (don't have my 7 machine at hand),

Control Panel --- Power Options --- Choose When To Turn Off Display

Set it to Never on Battery/Never on Mains.
