Rick, I ran the software uninstaller and it found several Unknown items with no information at all but they start up when the computer starts, can they be safely uninstalled?

Yes, just make sure to tell it to backup everything you fix.

I used the 2011 Version in Most Aggressive Mode when I ran Windows 7.
