My Asus G74SX has an issue where the realtek audio driver makes the computer blue screen. The computer works but the driver has to be disabled and I have no audio. I have uninstalled, deleted, and reinstalled the drivers but every time rtkvhd64.sys makes my computer blue screen. Another issue is that on my account, which is an admin account, there are little locks on all of my shortcuts and to get any program to work I have to run it as an administrator. No diagnostics work either and the start menu only opens, not letting me press anything or type anything into the search bar. Can someone help me with both issues? The former is the priority though.

Did the audio previously work ok, or is it a reinstallation that you had to put the drivers back on or whatever?

This has been a problem since day 1, but they worked most of the time. Now they just don't work at all.
