ATI Radeon Xpress 1250 crash

Hey everyone
I just formatted my laptop before I never had any problems with ATI but seems now that when ever I login to windows ATI crashes in the windows error log I got this. I'm running windows 7 ,64 bit and have version 8.593.100.0 installed, I have tried re-installing, even tried vista 64 bit but no luck any ideas?

I just installed just the driver & it work's perfect but if I go to install the Catalyst control manger it keeps crashing.
