I am working on a plan to make life a little bit easier for me and the accessibility forum (Mods, don't worry it's not going to effect anything here) but my former boss at www.tacnashville.org is looking to setup a RSS feed for their site and they are non profit so money is hard to come by for them. Except for some very light coding on the site is there a feed for content? My guess would be no but again i am not a webmaster. Any thoughts?

Hi John. I'm not exactly sure what you're attempting to do, so I'll try to cover everything!
I saw that their site was based on Joomla, so they could check out the following extensions:

There is also a RSS feed for their twitter here:

The things at the first link should help them host their own feed on their site, if that's what they want to do. This one looks good:
