Following the excellent advice on how to use powercfg -energy, I see I have some possible problems with my USB devices not allowing sleep. This is a new problem for me and I can't seem to fix it. I don't think Zune software is the problem but my not going into sleep mode started shortly after I installed the Zune software.
Here's the report info:

I've been thru all the power options and have every USB device set to not wake the system but that hasn't helped. I have no new USB devices attached to the computer with the exception of a relatively new wireless printer that is also attached by USB. But I know my system did work properly after installing this printer. I'm not sure where else to look or how to fix the problem. Any ideas? I'm sure there are more questions so I'll answer any you have.
Thanks for any help you can give me on this.

Does the printer or computer have a media card reader? Have you tried uninstalling the Zune software, then restarting and test the sleep function to see if it will work again?
