Hello! I was following the tutorial on how to make your android automatically download apps to the SD card and when I entered in the string of code "adb shell pm setInstallLocation 2", it gave me the error "logd_write: cannot open device (Permission denied)"

I tried to run adb as administrator, but it popped up the dialog box of whether to allow it to make changes or not every time I hit enter. When I clicked Allow, it just brought up the original black beginning that you enter the command in.

I'm using Windows Vista BTW
