Android 4.2.2 update

Further to my last post - Sorry, left out info on my last post. My decice is LG Nexus 4. I updated my Nexus 7 and Nexus 10 completely successfully, but Nexus 4 doesn't give me access to Security screen in Settings. Any help would be appreciated.
