also, have you never heard of poetic/artistic license?

You have definitetely not recovered. You had the perfect opportunity to make "a funny" within this, (your quote). "but I couldn't think of a way to relate the two to what i was trying to say".

PS: I won't attempt to make the whole owl pellets thing better, as a joke heard twice (be it slightly different) does not work
