I wrote a program in MSAccess 2003 that creates a pdffile using PDFCreator software and attach it to the body of an empty outlook email and opens a new outlook email, ready to be sent by user.

in this process outlook secutiry dialog box opens and asks for permission to send emails.

since I installed Norton 2010 it does not work, it prevents the security warning to show up, how can I set Norton to not to prevent this message from showing up
