Can anybody show me how to use DVD burned from AU recovery burner ??? Can I use the DVD not in its order ???

The recovery disk is used to reinstall your OS to Factory state ( a clean instal, wiping everything ). Booting from it will invoke a clean install.

Yes, my problem is I don't know which is the first DVD ???

If the DVD's does not have any numbers mentioned on it, then the only way to find out is to insert a disc and restart your PC and check if it starts the recovery process.
