Adobe Flash 11.5 with Firefox 17-Will drive me nuts

I apologize that I haven't tried to find this answer on my own and so quickly turn to when seems to be the fastest way to get a good answer.

Every few minutes I get a message that Adobe Flash 11.5 has crashed with my current version of Firefox which is Firefox 17.

Super annoying.

Any solutions?

Input appreciated.

Disable the pop-up blocker and see whether that works.
