Not quite sure if this should be in the XP section however I'll give it a try.
A colleague at work is having problems with the snapshot tool in Adobe Acrobat Pro 9.
He will take a snapshot of something he wants to copy however he cannot copy it back into the pdf he is working on. He can however paste into other applications, MSpaint for instance.
I haven't upgraded to 9 yet and only have Adobe Acrobat Pro 7. I tried the same process and it works fine. I can use the snapshot tool to copy something and have no problem pasting into the open pdf.
Is there any reason why this doesn't work for my colleague in Adobe Acrobat Pro 9?
Any help would be appreciated
