hiiiiii

is there any way to call biltin administrator coun
on welcome screen in order to reset password of other users

just like on xp when we press ctrl alt delet
on welcome screen

Press start button then type cmd in the search box
at top of screen where it lists cmd.exe
right click and click run as administrator
then copy and paste, or type, this in the command prompt and press enter on the keyboard
net user administrator /active:yes

then restart and admin account will be on welcome page

I can not enter windows because of password

So I need an account manager to change the current password

Is this possible

in xp i used to press ctrl alt delet so the window of bulitin administrator comes
