Ok so i have this idea about how to download torrents through a proxy server and a web browser and im not quite sure if it would work . ok so here is what im thinking there's a add-on for fire fox that allows you to download torrents through fire fox so what if you were to install that and go to a webproxy in firefox and then go to a torrent site and download a torrent would your isp be able to tell what your downloading and do you think they would throttle it i know that they would be able to tell that you are downloading something big and do you think if you did this would you be able to get caught for downloading illegal stuff.

Let me guess, you are trying to circumvent something?

That would not work as a proxy set in Firefox is for HTTP traffic not BitTorrent.

PeerGuardian2 will not work with Vista though. Plus the fact your ISP can still tell the amount of traffic you´ll be generating!!
