Adding to the confusion here in the States, some States have more than one time zone (Indiana is the one that pops to mind) and not all States go on DST in the summer (all of AZ, except the upper right corner, for example).

I thought Indiana changed to a more standard zone, at least the part that was off.

edit- ah yes, still some (county) holdouts.
