Yes US only. At least from here, I cannot dial up any toll free numbers outside of France.

LH, from here I only use call by call numbers to call the US (cannot beat 1.3 cents per minute - it is more expensive to call to the next town 3 miles away). Some of these call by call outfits support 800 numbers and some don't. Maybe you can try them - I am sure they exist in France too.

1/5 of Information Technology is running by Indians(I must have underestimated here). Most of the people in US who are working as IT professionals are Indian. Most of the International BPOs are here in India. In all we are contributing in IT and all in all in the Economy of major countries in the world. How could we be NO GOOD for US?

no, no. no. the phone numbers are no good (they won't work) from outside of the U.S.
