how do i set up a proxy?

when i go to proxy its in grey. but it shows never dial a connection.

i use internet explorer and rocketmelt. never had a problem with neither one before.

warlock it wont let me click the settings. it too is in grey.

ok i found the problem. i think the problem was not even a problem. i use k9 watch dog. k9watchdog was not letting me access the web sites. after i uninstalled k9 it whent to those sites. thanks everyone for the help.

lol. since we are on the subject, do you know if k9watchdog is a good program to use? maybe i had a setting wrong?

Never used it, but it has a green light. Will do some digging to find reviews.
