Does anyone know if it is possible to have a thumbnail view of a .3gp video file?
Thanks in advance for any help!

Thanks for the replies,
I'd like to be able to view the thumbnail of a .3gp file in Windows explorer the same way i can with all other video files.
It's not a problem i just don't like seeing the icon when all my other video files have thumbnail views.
Thanks again.

You can try downloading one of the codecs at http://www.afterdawn.com/guide....._files.cfm
I'm not sure but I think those codecs provide preview handers for video in Vista.
I think so as when I installed the Vista Codec Pack at http://shark007.testbox.dk/ which installs both of the codecs the link above lists I got video previews for 3GP files.
I think all i'll need to solve this will be some kind of registry tweak that will allow .3gp to be displayed as thumbnails in windows explorer.
I have already enabled thumbnails for photoshop files and iPod (mp4) videos through the registry thanks to various websites.
Thanks for all your replies so far.
I hope someone can help!
