Hey everyone. Newbie to this place so here it goes.

My girlfriend just pulled out an old 2nd gen ipod which it turns out has a corrupted drive on it. Is it at all possible to pull the music off of it before having to restore the whole thing? I know programs like senuti should be able to do so, but is there a manual way or a whole other way all together to get this music off? I know it seems like its just music, but its her dads music and I'd at least like to get it back for her without having to wipe the entire hard drive.

thanks in advance!
