Hey Geek, can I write an article on enabling local drives in remote desktop access please?$
I don't know how many people know how to do this - it may be really simple, but thought I'd just ask!

You are welcome to write an article.... in fact you can write it on the Wiki. If it's really good, I'll push it out to the main site feed. =)

Ok
I'll do it tomorrow I think!
Do I need an explanation of how Remote Access works - I know the basics of it but I don't actually know all the technicalities, does that matter - I could just write an overview of what it does

No, the idea of a wiki is that you can create a link to a remote access page, which doesn't even have to exist. Don't worry about that part, I can add the link after you are all done.

Ok thanks - yeah all this Wiki stuff kinda confuses me - you have probably seen my very badly laid out just block of text article on VLC Media Player
Yeah ok, I'll do a remote desktop local drives tut. when I get around to it!

Hey, it takes everybody a while to learn how to use a wiki, or a blog... some of my early articles were just terrible. :-)

I added the new picture as well, although I made it a thumbnail since it was kinda large.

One of the issues that I have yet to solve is how to integrate large images into the wiki better.

You can just remove the {underconstruction} tag at the top of the post.

I've removed it, cleaned up the intro paragraph slightly, renamed it and added it to the wiki home page.

Good work!
