That might be the one Joe, but will keep this open til Rick can confirm it, as the layout looks a little different :)

That site does load fast. Rick can still confirm however. Stupid meaningless things I save and remember:)

Yea Rick was wondering how it's so fast, I think it's because it's written in CSS and is mainly text.

Yeah, is Optimized for sure even with slow speed internet service.

Lowell could probably tell us why it downloads and opens so fast.

With IE 10 or 9, just click on the site link and it's just there - Wham !!! :)

Never seen or run across anything like it on the net.

Yea my sites a little like that with an ad blocker installed simply because it's basic CSS but I do use adsense on a couple of pages which slows it down a bit but also uses few images.

The more text and less images the quicker a site is, in CSS that is.

It is fast OK, but so are other websites that have no junk on it. Try e.g. Google Translate or ImageShack. I think they are just as fast - at least here.

The reason that page loads so fast is that it resides within your own brain, having been previously implanted there using focused microwave energy emitted from specially adapted Garden Gnomes which, incidentally, were deployed in an overlapping fashion in your neighbourhood by government agents posing as Lizard Men and/or Aliens. But you didn't hear this from me, got it?

@ WHS,

It probably depends on the amount of images being loaded, a lot of images - not bad, almost none - quite slow.

If mainly text you should be looking for anything around 0.40 seconds to 0.65 seconds, but I suppose it depends on your target audience whether or not they have fast net speed or a very sluggish speed.

@PH,

There has been some recent black helicopter activity over in the near by woods. I saw their beams of energy shining down myself. Maybe I should make a brand new afdb as the one I'm wearing now is a bit retroflexed.
