What is -12V for on a computer? CPUID is showing this as -6.14 and any spec I can find says +/-10%.

I don't see any drastic problems but I have had niggling problems so anything you folks can tell me is appreciated.
Of course CPUID might also be the problem!

thats the volts?

and the CPUID thats the RAM that is being used
