AMDfanboy - When you reinstalled the Nvidia drivers did you use the driver file removal tool? Sometimes the drivers don't uninstall properly. Give this a shot:

http://www.overclock.net/faqs/12466-info-nvidia-driver-cleaning-guide.html

AMDFANBOY,
OK. I understand.
Just wanted to be sure that machine was running in a normal operational mode.
In my opinion, the mismatched HDs plus the Nvidia nforce 570 Card are most probably the source of the BSODs.
Also, ensure you have Updated XP to the current service pack level of SP3 plus all afterward updates.
Kindest Regards,
Rick P. ♥ :)

"Strongly Suggest you run Memory in (AUTO Timings) and CPU at (Correct Speed + Correct Voltage)."--------done since the begining!!!

"The Video Nvidia nforce 570 Card may be an issue"--------Nvidia nforce 570 is not a videocard....but the chipset on the mobo...

i had a old seagate 80 GB with 2MB Cache and my current WD 250GB with 16 MB cache...run it 2 years without a problem...i dont Raid my HD

AMDFANBOY,

Don't quite understand your post.

Over Clocking can always be a problem.

Strongly Suggest you run Memory in (AUTO Timings) and CPU at (Correct Speed + Correct Voltage).

The Video Nvidia nforce 570 Card may be an issue but you are (NOT) helping matters by O/C or Over/Volting other machine components.

Also suggest you use same brand, same capacity, same buffer size HDs.

Take it from an (OLD) Over Clocker Tweaker; you have to know when to back off.

Kindest Regards,
Rick P. ♥ :)

"Also, you are running (2) different OEM HDs which (may) have different buffer sizes ???"

AMDFANBOY,

Welcome to The HTG Forums.
(Out of Range Address Issue)
Try swapping around memory module locations.
Ensure memory timing is set to AUTO in Bios.
**** Also, you are running (2) different OEM HDs which (may) have different buffer sizes ???
(Not sure) concerning Nvidia nforce 570 card.
EDIT: Search on (NVTcp.sys) file turns up pages of BSOD errors on other forums.
Probably a (part) of the issue.
Please Post BSOD Dump File the next time this occurs.
Continue to watch your topic.
Kindest Regards,
