He would like to know if there is a way to disable the function all together, perhaps from within the registry. I, while trying to help him, discovered that the settings button doesn't work when i open sticky keys. I don't particularly care about the function, I'll just end up disabling it as well (if there is a way) but i was wondering if this could be a sign of a more serious err.
