Do you need a particular format? I loaded the GIF image in IrfanView, then saved it out as JPEG using the RIOT plugin to fix the size below 40 KB. But if you convert it into .pdf with e.g. doPDF ( <a href='http://www.dopdf.com/'>http://www.dopdf.com/</a> ), you get a significant reduction of bytes (up to factor 10).
