Didn't know what your needs are. I would Dual Boot MS and Ubuntu. You will never get bored but will get addicted to building your own machines (TRUST ME). Once you crank up a Big Asus or Gigabyte Tower and Server, you will be embarrassed to even donate that Dell to a needy charity - You'll sneak it out of the house so no one will see you with it (LOL) (LOL). Personally, I would purchase an EQUIVALENT Asus MB with an Intel Chipset. I know what you are trying to do price wise, but I just don't trust off-brand products from Tiger Direct. Try <a href="http://newegg.com" rel="nofollow">http://newegg.com</a> and see what you can come up with. Believe that board is around $50 bucks at Newegg so that tells me a lot about it.
