<description>&#60;p&#62;Nope. That didn't work. I've run regedit looking for the program &#34;scan32.exe&#34;, as well as looking for Mcafee, but to no avail. Any other ideas?

<description>&#60;p&#62;What I'd do is shut down the sophos software completely and then see if the problem happens.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;There's a good chance it's not fully compatible with Vista, or you are running the 64-bit version of Vista and the software isn't compatible with that.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Check with the manufacturer.

<description>&#60;p&#62;Every time I log off and relog on, or when I do a restart/shutdown, I get the screen that the &#34;32 Bit Scanner has stopped&#34;. Vista tells me that its a McAfee problem, but I don't have McAfee on this computer. Instead I use Sophos Anti Virus. Is there any way I can kill this irritating problem? I don't have this issue on my XP computer.
