If the Exchange server administrator enabled IMAP/POP access then you can access it that way. Usually you can just use the server you currently use for webmail acesss. So if you visit http://mail.example.com to get your email then in the Outlook Express wizard use mail.example.com as the incoming and outgoing server name.
Note: It isn't always the same server though.

I have the same situation. My IT department says there is no way. But the people on this board are probably much smarter and if anybody could figure it out, it's one of the people here.

Is it possible to download mail currently accessible only by logging into a Microsoft Exchange Server into an IMAP or POP account in my Outlook Express? My new job requires an email address in this system and it is a huge pain to log on to their Exchange site at home just to check email. Also, if it is possible, how do I locate the settings necessary to set up this new IMAP or POP 'account' in Outlook Express? Thank you for any insight!
