Windows DVD Maker and Windows Movie Maker are included with Vista Home Premium and Ultimate. If you have a ready-made video to burn to DVD, you can go straight to DVD Maker. If you want to edit one or more movies, or add titles, wipes, and other special effects, then you would start with Movie Maker.

If you have Vista Premium or up, you can use Windows Movie Maker - it should be in your All Programs. The function is "Publish to CD/DVD".

That's a good place to start. Are the movies .avi, mpeg, or something else?
