My new PC did so too. I tried to remove Vista and install XP but discovered that the hardware drivers were not compatible with XP. Since I had no Driver CD provided with the machine, I tried to contact the manufacturers for the drivers. I was told that these new Pcs can only take Vista, not XP. Is this a fact? What if I want to get a new Laptop with the intention of installing Windows XP? Is there a solution? </p>
