On photoshop you can only post .jpeg, .tiff, .png, etc. - anything pictures, But not .pps or .pdf or any of those. For that you have to go to the 'View' tab in 'Folder Options' uncheck the 'Hide extensions for known file types'. Then just change the filetype extension to .ppt (just the last letter from "s" to " t").
