Now of all the drivers they support, you had to end up with one that is not supported. One could not have done it, if one had planned it that way. All you can try is see whether some other driver might do the job (e.g. there is a 9019 URF). I would start with this one. Trial and error is probably the only way to find anything.

The problem is I've built the PC myself and the keyboard is a BTC 9029URF. http://www.btc.com.tw/english/3-1-6driver_download.htm thats the URL for the site that has drivers for BTC, however, I couldn't find any for the 9029URF specifically.

If you specify the make and model of your PC and the same for the devices in question, we might be able to help you find the drivers.

I've tried using a toshiba external hard drive and then a wireless keyboard on my vista computer. Neither of them work because vista says it doesnt have the drivers. It tries to find them but can't. Any ideas why vista cant use these simple devices? Also, other vista computers such as my laptop and a computer that is nearly identical to mine can use them.
