I have noticed that Outlook appears to 'delete' the emails it retrieves from my account. Whilst at home this is fine but when I am away from home it means that I cannot access all of my emails - which I would like to be able to do. Is it possible to set Outlook up so that it retrieves the emails but leaves the original in my POP3 account so I can access them from anywhere?</p> <p>Also, is there any way I can send all of the emails that Outlook has harvested from my POP3 without sending them back one by one?</p> <p>Finally, all my sent emails from my POP3 account appear to have been lost - can these be recovered?</p> <p>I am most gratefull of any help offered.</p> <p>Cheers</p> <p>MangoMan </p>
