I have just started to use Outlook on my PC at home to manage my POP3 email account (provided by web.de). I have noticed that Outlook appears to 'delete' the emails it retrieves from my account. Whilst at home this is fine but when I am away from home it means that I cannot access all of my emails - which I would like to be able to do. Is it possible to set Outlook up so that it retrieves the emails but leaves the original in my POP3 account so I can access them from anywhere?

Also, is there any way I can send all of the emails that Outlook has harvested from my POP3 without sending them back one by one?

Finally, all my sent emails from my POP3 account appear to have been lost - can these be recovered?

I am most gratefull of any help offered.

Cheers
