So was I. But I got zapped by a nasty website in the meantime, and had to do some quick cleaning

That was what I was about to suggest - open the start menu folder!

Oh, I've got it working now, for those who are interested I right clicked on any of the folders (I used Acessories), press Explore All Users, which took me to this location: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories
I then went "Up" a folder into the "Programs" folder, created a new folder called Adobe and then moved the shortcuts in there. It seems to be working fine.

Thanks though.

OK. could you look in the "photoshop" folder in Program Files, and tell us what .exe files are there.

Nope, it was a pretty basic installation, just labelled the directory I wanted to install it into (Program files).

When you installed it, did you stop it from putting a shortcut in the Start Menu?

When you press the Start Button then press "All Programs". Here all my programs are listed, but recently when I installed Adobe Photoshop, it did not show the folder version, but instead showed an icon like the ones in red (in the diagram below). Instead, I want an Adobe FOLDER like the ones in pink, which then expands showing the Adobe products, e.g. Bridge, Photoshop, even Reader.

Can someone help me achieve this?
Thanks
