Choose STARTUP tab, and check or uncheck all the program you want to run. Beware, uncheck only the program that you are sure and that it will not cause any conflict to window starting up.</p> <p>But for personal preference programs that you want to add directly to system tray, I'm not sure you can do for all the program.
