<description>&#60;p&#62;You have to pull the top ( the portion that looks a little more off white) of the  white connector (on the motherboard) out towards the blue part of the cable in the picture. once you have done that you can insert the cable in and push the connecter back together. I have done quite a few of these and the first few wre kinda tricky .....
