I would ask the retailer where you buy it from exactly which conditions are offered (or not!!) A couple of things stand out in your list. Firstly, the Asus MB only supports DDR2 memory with 667 timings which is pretty slow for todays standards. The SLI in the title is not quite true as it will only support one graphics card at full x16 speed, if you were to hook up 2 cards they would only run at x8. If you are wanting to game then you should spend a little more on a motherboard and RAM. Now on to the PSU, it´s not bad and certainly has enough power for your components but it is always better to purchase a PSU with the 80 plus certificate. They are more effecient. Also the OCZ only has 3 SATA power connectors which isn´t a lot seeing as most new DVD drives and HDD´s now use SATA. Finally, as just mentioned I would buy a DVD writer that is connected via SATA, they are not much more expensive than the IDE ones.
