I'm not surprised to see it used in a netbook, but I don't think that it's a good match. Most handheld devices that use Windows CE have a very limited set of applications. Some are written for a specific processor, so what runs on an ARM might not run on a MIPS or x86 processor. Also, some applications may be developed for a newer OS, such as CE 6.0, or an older OS, such as CE 4.0, and might not run in v5.0. It's easy to find XP apps and Linux apps, but where do you shop for Windows CE 5.0 apps?
