Unfortunately, I can't link to it since the &#60;a href=&#34;http://support.ts.fujitsu.com/com/support/index.html&#34;&#62;support pages&#60;/a&#62; are generated with scripts.  But here is the short version: press F8 during boot to get to the Windows Recovery Environment, then:&#60;br /&#62;
&#60;blockquote&#62;Additionally to the tools of MS Windows Vista itself you will find a Fujitsu Recovery Tool. This tool allows you to set the software of the computer back to the delivery state.&#60;/blockquote&#62;

<description>&#60;p&#62;I have a Gate Way, but I had trouble one so they told me when you see the BIOS press F10 to go to an automatic restoration.&#60;br /&#62;
I did complete it, but it only happened when I HAD a recovery partition.&#60;br /&#62;
If you have vista you can see if you have one.&#60;br /&#62;
Start-&#38;gt;Computer-&#38;gt;Right-Click-&#38;gt;Manage(must be administrator)-&#38;gt;Program pops-up-&#38;gt;Disk Management-&#38;gt;Look for a disk with no label-&#38;gt;If it says healthy and is not C:/ then you HAD one before&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;*HAD=Don't have one now. :(&#38;lt;Your Out Of Luck Dude.)
