could i not disable the security warnings in windows firewall, though i don't think this would be worth it, just for this.

By the way , how do i send a screen shot, or the correct procedure for sending one

Yes scott, i have tryed that, no matter what i seem to do, this dialog box will pop up, i followed the instructions on the tutorial, and the screen shots
So i no i had the "-hide" parameter in the right place.

I have even unchecked the dialog box "always ask before opening this file" and it still comes up.

Did you by chance drag the Autoruns.exe file into the Startup folder?
Try that with and without the -hide suffix.

welcome carl,

No you're not supposed to get pop-up dialog boxes.
Are you using a space before the -hide? Any chance
of you posting a screenshot of the warning box ?

Hello i have downloaded , and installed this, everything is fine except, when i added the "-hide" parameter, to the start menu shortcut
Are you supposed to get no dialog boxes popping up, when i restart the computer i am getting this file security warning popping up.
Can i get rid of this.
