Hi, I'm not too sure if I'm at the right place but I'm desperate so am going to give it a try. I have windows xp and run Internet explorer 7. I keep getting a message saying "can not perform this operation, your default mail client is not properly installed. I have gone over this problem for 3.5 hours on the phone with my ISP and they say it is an Outlook Express problem. I do have everything entered properly on my end.I can send/receive still. but there is certain mail or sites I can't do.I think the internet explorer 7 was an upgrade. Does anyone have any suggestions PLEASE!!!
Thank you
Alexis
